Lamia Laundry offers proper dry cleaning right in Sultanahmet, a short walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Unlike most laundry services in the Old City that only wash and fold by the kilo, we clean the garments that need real care: tailored suits, jackets, dresses, evening wear, coats, and delicate silk or wool. We're also one of the few places nearby set up for abaya, thobe and kaftan. Drop your items at the shop or ask for a free pickup from your hotel — most pieces are ready the same evening if you hand them over by noon. Every garment is checked, treated for stains where needed, cleaned and pressed. Dry cleaning starts from €2.5 (₺140) per piece.

How long does dry cleaning take?
Most items are ready the same evening if you drop off or hand over by 12:00 noon. Heavier pieces such as coats or wedding dresses may take longer — we'll always tell you upfront.
Can you clean abaya and thobe?
Yes. We regularly clean and press abaya, thobe and kaftan, treating each garment according to its fabric so it comes back fresh and neatly finished.
Do you remove stains?
We treat common stains as part of the service. For stubborn or old marks we'll do our best and let you know honestly what to expect before we start.
Do you pick up from my hotel?
